to ensure transparency, safety, and mutual respect between the customer and the company.
2. What We Do
- At PerriKoek, we create handmade dog biscuits crafted with care and attention. Each recipe is prepared using natural ingredients, carefully selected for their quality and safety for animal consumption.
- Because our biscuits are shaped and baked by hand, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur between batches—this is part of the artisanal process and does not indicate a defect or affect product quality.
- While we use only natural and safe ingredients, every dog may react differently to certain foods. For this reason, it is the owner’s responsibility to review the ingredient list before giving our treats to their pet.
- PerriKoek cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, intolerances, or any health issues that may arise from the consumption of our products.
- Our treats are intended exclusively for dogs and are not suitable for human consumption or for other animals.
3. Orders and Prices
All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before checkout.
Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
If a product price changes after you place your order, that change will not affect the confirmed purchase.
4. Shipping
We take great care in preparing each order and aim to dispatch all packages within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times depend on the postal or courier service and may vary due to external factors. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for any loss or damage passes to the customer.
5. Food Products and Returns
Our dog biscuits are fresh, natural food products. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not possible once an order has been delivered.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact PerriKoek within 48 hours of delivery, providing a description and photos of the issue.
After review, a replacement or refund may be offered, depending on the situation.
6. Liability
We take pride in the quality of every product we make. However, every pet is different, and their health depends on individual conditions. PerriKoek is not
responsible for any negative effects resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

8. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

PerriKoek will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by such events.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any dispute or disagreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where PerriKoek is registered.
